What We Can Sharpen
Pretty much anything with a blade! We have extensive experience servicing commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafes, schools, rest homes, hospitals, supermarkets, vets, cover makers ,upholsterers and fabric houses in addition to residential and domestic sharpening requirements.
Many of our valued customers love to invite us to their workplace or house for a few hours and organize a sharpening day for their workmates, friends, and neighbours to hit the job minimum together.
Our capabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knives & Repairs: All shapes and sizes, including serrated edges, plus full repairs for damaged blades, bent points, and broken tips.
- Kitchen Accessories: Food processor blades, blender blades, mandolines, grill scrapers, spatulas, and pizza cutters.
- Scissors & Guillotines: Household, dressmaking, and heavy-duty upholstery shears and scissors, plus paper guillotines.
- Garden Tools: Axes, tomahawks, loppers, secateurs, manual hedge clippers, hand shears, spades, edgers, and weeding tools.
- Tradie Tools: Builders’ chisels, gouges and carving chisels, planer blades, and tin snips.
- Rural Gear: Hoof knives, hunting knives, filleting knives, blade sheep shears.
- Mowers: Robot & mower blades (must be removed from the mower yourself before we arrive).
What We Don’t Touch
We do not sharpen Reel mowers, electric hedge clippers, dog grooming combs, electric hair clippers (for dogs, horses, or humans). These require specialist sharpening gear and we can only carry so much in our vehicles. But we can probably recommend someone who can.
We don’t service heavy, complex factory machinery.
